Couples
Therapy

When two people are in a relationship, the expectation is that they can "sleep on it" and everything is fine in the morning.  Not always.  Taking the first step and admitting that the outstanding issue(s) are not magically going away. Being open and honest with each other should be the first goal and when you both have elected to attend in therapy, the counselor is an objective, non-judgemental person. During couples therapy, the two can learn different techniques to improve communication and how to roblem solve in a more productive manner.
